Gothic eyecatcher and banqueting hall built for William Paxton on the Middleton estate about 1808-1815 to a design by S.P. Cockerell and dedicated to Nelson. Built to be visible from the house, which no longer exists, it commands spectacular views over the estate and the Tywi valley.
