The restored Victorian garden, originally laid out in the early 19th century, lies within the medieval and Tudor castle. The garden is laid out with a box-edged parterre, containing Victorian rose varieties, shrubberies and lawns. A raised walk features a gazebo (in which the author Richard Hughes wrote In Hazard) and overlooks the Taf Estuary.

Mae’r ardd Fictoraidd hon sydd wedi’i hadfer, ac a gynlluniwyd yn wreiddiol ar ddechrau’r 19eg, oddi mewn i’r castell Tuduraidd a chanoloesol. Mae’r ardd wedi ei chynllunio gyda parterre ymyl-bocs, ac yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o rosod Fictoraidd, prysglwyni a lawntiau. Ar y llwybr tir uchel, mae gasebo sy’n edrych allan dros Foryd Afon Taf. (Yno yr ysgrifennwyd In Hazard gan yr awdur, Richard Hughes).
